At GrowWithGuidance, mentors connect with high schoolers for one-on-one virtual sessions, offering advice, sharing experiences, and helping students explore their paths. You’ll be matched based on interest and availability, and each session is just up to one hour.
It’s low commitment, but high impact—and a great way to give back, grow, and inspire.

Korrinn Lubarsky is passionate about creating welcoming, high-performing environments that empower individuals to lead healthier, happier lives. With over 25 years of experience in leadership and aquatics programming, Korrinn has worked to build strong communities centered around health, well-being, and personal growth.
Throughout her career, Korrinn has served as a leader in aquatics management, a mentor to young athletes, and an advocate for inclusive programming. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, practicing Pilates, and supporting youth sports as a proud swim parent.
Korrinn is excited to support students who are interested in leadership, health, and building positive, lasting impacts in their communities!

Maria Dueñas
Maria Dueñas holds a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University and a Master’s in Theological Studies with a focus on religion, ethics, and politics.
With a background in interfaith community organizing and political campaigns, Maria is passionate about values-based communication and youth leadership. She currently supports youth-led advocacy at The 84 Movement and coaches students in public narrative and community organizing. Maria is excited to mentor students who are curious about social justice, activism, and creating meaningful change. -
Ginger Kelly
Ginger Kelly is a bankruptcy lawyer and a Certified Master Beekeeper who also runs a sustainable farm producing honey, eggs, poultry, and fresh produce. She incorporates climate-smart farming techniques and fosters community partnerships to protect pollinators, promote local food access, and support environmental sustainability across Massachusetts.
Ginger is passionate about sharing her diverse experiences with students and is excited to talk with high schoolers about careers in law, agriculture, sustainability, and beekeeping. She looks forward to answering questions and inspiring the next generation to explore unique and meaningful paths.

Amber Keller
Amber Keller is passionate about connecting people with the environment and helping communities build more sustainable habits. She currently works as the part-time Waste Reduction Coordinator for both Natick Public Schools and the Town of Wellesley, where she educates students about the problem of waste and helps implement cafeteria waste sorting systems.
Amber holds a Master’s degree in Biology with a focus on ecological research, but her true passion lies in the intersection of people and the planet. Over the years, she has been a science educator at a nonprofit, school garden leader, stay-at-home mom, and now, advocate for district-wide waste reduction policies in schools. She’s also a Massachusetts Master Gardener, a Life Lab–Certified School Garden Educator, and an active EcoNatick volunteer.
Amber loves native plants, composting, and empowering the next generation to care deeply about sustainability. She’s excited to support students who are curious about the environment, education, and creating real change in their communities!

Elizabeth Chalfin
Elizabeth (Lizzy) Chalfin is a Natick native. She holds a B.A. in psychology and public health from Brandeis University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) and Master of Public Health (MPH) from Boston University. She is also a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Lizzy has prior experience working in community health centers, non-profit organizations, and higher education administration. She has also completed a year of service with AmeriCorps, a government program that provides volunteer services to under-resourced communities across the United States. Currently, Lizzy works for the Natick Health Department's Natick 180 Coalition which addresses mental health and substance use related issues in the Natick community. She has experience in community organizing, public health policy, youth engagement, program management, and communications.

Chandra Shirole is a software engineer with experience in designing and developing technology solutions. With a strong background in computer science, Chandra is passionate about helping students explore careers in tech and understand the skills needed to succeed in the field.

Rebecca Gallo is the Executive Director of A Place To Turn, a choice food pantry in Natick, Massachusetts, dedicated to providing healthy, fresh food to the MetroWest community with dignity and respect.
Rebecca holds master's degrees in Social Work and Public Health and has devoted most of her career to working in nonprofits and foundations. She is passionate about community health and ensuring equitable access to essential resources.

Debolina is passionate about combining analytical thinking with real-world impact, and she’s eager to support students curious about data science, finance, and the tech world. Outside of work, she loves traveling, being a proud dog mom, exploring new cuisines, and embracing creativity through dance, singing, and gardening. Her guiding mantra is dedication and perseverance—values she hopes to inspire in the next generation of changemakers.

Addie Robie is a Natick High school graduate that is involved in a neuroscience program at Villanova University. In addition to this, she hopes to attend medical school in the future. In her high school career, she took part in three varsity sports while balancing academics with many extracurriculars, such as an internship at a BC lab, and participating in many community service opportunities.

Christine Guthery is the Founder and Executive Director of Spark Kindness, a nonprofit based in Natick with the mission of building communities where no one feels alone, bullied, unsupported, or unconnected. With over 15 years of experience leading this impactful organization, Christine brings deep knowledge in nonprofit leadership, community building, and youth advocacy.
In addition to her work with Spark Kindness, Christine is an attorney with a background in civil litigation, is certified in mediation, and has served as the Director of Workplace Relations for the federal courts. In that role, she acted as a confidential resource trained in dispute resolution, supporting employees with concerns about bullying, discrimination, harassment, and more.
Christine is excited to connect with high school students to share her experiences and insights in law, nonprofit work, leadership, and social impact.
