GrowWithGuidance

GrowWithGuidance is a student-led initiative created to ease the stress and uncertainty many high school students feel while preparing for college and future careers. Our mission is to connect students with real people — college students, recent graduates, and professionals — who can offer guidance, answer questions, and share personal experiences in specific majors and fields.

Through our platform, students can explore potential career paths, get practical advice on applications, and learn how to build meaningful extracurriculars — all from mentors who’ve been in their shoes. To achieve this, we match students and mentors based on mutual interest and availability and host one-on-one virtual meetings that allow students to gain insight, support, and guidance.

Through these meetings and our website, we want to create a space for students to feel supported and heard. We believe that no student should feel alone or overwhelmed in planning their future — and that sometimes, all it takes is the right conversation to spark confidence, clarity, and direction.
